Good morning! Our internet is wonky this morning so I'm. It sure how this will show up!

4:30am: :50 mins on the trainer, high cadence work, warm up for run
5:30am: :50 minute run main set 3x1 mile just above race pace

Found a great dress and shoes yesterday so that job is done! Whew!

Yikes--that is a lot for morning before work. I've found I just start to fade at work if I go much beyond 90 minutes early AM; I usually split up anything longer or save it for the weekends.

Had to make like a high school student again and go to 6 AM swim practice (though I have my own lane and do my own workout). Ugh--I'm used to running and biking early AM, but for some reason swimming is more of an uphill battle. Plus I tend to feel like eating, taking a nap, or both all morning! No meet today, but one of our lifeguards quit and until/unless he is replaced, I have lost most of my after-work swim access except for 60-70 minutes on Mondays, and that only if I can get to the pool within 35 minutes of the end of the school day--not always possible!.

Hey there. Today is my Friday, as I'm playing hooky tomorrow.

6:20 - track workout, with 10 x 400 at 5:40 pace being the main set. Pretty hard and, hopefully, pretty beneficial.

Happy Thursday all!

2000 yard pool swim this morning. All that is left is shakeout tomorrow with a quick bike and run and then travel to Parris Island for Saturday morning race.

Ready to dust off the cob webs.

5:00 - 45 Min on Trainer with 3x5 Min Intervals (moving up gear each 5 minutes then repeat) then some big gear work for 13 minutes before spinning out a bit fore the run

5:45 - 27 Min Zone 4-5 Run on dreadmill. Start with 7:20 pace and finish with just under 7:00.

Whew! This seems to be my Thursday workout of choice.....it's become too routine for me, but I like it.
