3300m of swimming here at 6AM. Wasn't really going all that fast, but I did 59 1/2 minutes of swimming in 65 minutes total workout. That's called pretty much NO break between sets. (Admittedly, they were mostly distance sets! ) Take that, you HS kids who spend forever hanging on the wall and chatting!
My training is definitely ramping up--I was so tired last night that I failed to notice that somehow in the middle of the night one of the toilet tanks cracked and began leaking water all over the floor. Kept waking up briefly and thinking, "Oh, how nice, it's raining, maybe it will cool things off a bit," rolling over, and going back to sleep. Woke up at 5 and realized it didn't actually sound like rain at all, and discovered the flooded bathroom. Ugh! |
