Good morning BT!

4:45am:  3 mile run plus change--did some strides at the end.  Start building back up tomorrow into big sessions this weekend.

Karen--remind us again what race you're doing this weekend!  You have a lot of logistical packing to do--yikes!

Good night! Doing the Singapore Metasprint Triathlon on Sunday. Sure hope I am healthy for this one!

Yep--talk about a mess. Can barely move anymore for all the bags/bikes/boxes in my training room/study! I'd entered the race a long time before I knew I'd have to move..... Actually I don't HAVE to be out of my current place until the end of the school year or at the earliest the end of May, but just don't want to combine end of year report cards/packing with moving--that's even crazier. Plus with the cats and their sitter, best to have an adjustment period in the new place before leaving them for the summer. Like kids, sometimes. Just the logistics of keeping them secured during the move is driving me nuts--I need an extra copy of myself.

AM: 2800m of swimming
PM: 51 minutes and change of easy running

BTW, saw this today. One of my heroes, from when I was a kid trying to get the 2-mile for HS girls' track in Ohio--my dad gave me a book about her.

So awesome....hope I look (and run) that good at 70!

Had my normal swim workout and went to locker room to change for weight/core training. I noticed I didn't pack my sports undershorts.

Decisions, decisions...

I didn't want to go home without my training and wasn't comfortable going commando in my loose gym shorts. Didn't want to scare anyone. So I squeezed out my swim shorts and put them back on under my gym shorts.

Completed work out.

Hey there. I'm in Austin for a work conference, and that's going how you'd expect.

5:40 - 20' easy run on the dreadmill

6:00 - 35' strength
