Good morning BT!
4:30am: 30 min recovery spin followed by 30 min strength stuff. Kind of an off day I suppose!

Thanks for all the well wishes on the race! Curtis wasn't the weather horrible last year? And by the way I wish I had your splits! Not in this lifetime!

Shermbelle it's good to see your name again!

About 20 minutes of stretching after run.

Weight and core training afterwards.

Happy Friday to all and good luck to all the racers this weekend!

2600 yard pool set this am.

1 hour scheduled on trainer tonight.

Leave for Orlando tomorrow for work, then to Seattle on Sunday, back to Orlando Tuesday, and back home here in Atlanta Wednesday.

Training going to be all kinds of messed up as we travel to Raleigh next Thursday for mother in laws birthday, but will be racing on Saturday up there.

Brick this morning, 45 minutes on the trainer with a 1x30 in there, followed by a 20 minute quick run on the trail.  Only brick I've done so far this year I think (?).  Need to try one more next week in prep for SG.

20 minute spin on the rollers, some planks, pull-ups, swim cord pulls for 10min.

2,600 swim practice, 2000 wet suit pool swim(75%), 500 free(80%), 50 streamline on back(60%), 50 free(super chill slow motion cool down
Form feels good, left side stroke approx 10% weaker then right side, minor shoulder pain left side.

5k dreadmill run in 27:11 (8:43 pace)

Off day... timing at Western Canadian Championships in AM. Drive to BC... watch my son (age 10) at his travel meet... dropped 55 seconds in the 400m Freestyle... 6:33.4 both 200 splits faster than his 200 pb.
