Subject: What to wear?

I have a new Sugoi tri suit but it doesn't have a built in sports bra. What do you ladies wear underneath? Will a regular sports bra suffice even tho I'll get wet or should I but a sporty swim suit? What about bottoms? Am I going commando under there or what?!

I'm not a lady, but my ex used to go commando and wear a regular sports bra under. I know some women will wear spandex, but the tri-suits are meant to be worn without and underwear. Don't forget the body glide!

I wear a TYR tri sports bra (you can find it on Amazon). It's designed to be worn under a tri top that either doesn't have a built in bra or for those that need more support. The tri bra is great because it dries way faster than a regular sports bra. I think Zoot makes ones as well.

As for the bottom, I go commando. You shouldn't have to wear anything underneath but I know of women who wear a sport type bathing suit for additional support.
