Hello everyone,
I am new to beginner triathlete but an old timer to triathlons. I would like to introduce myself and became a resource for those of you dealing with running injuries. I work as a bio-mechanics and gait specialist helping athletes, coaches and health care professionals address biomechanical imbalances of the lower extremities. Please feel free to reach out with questions my site is gravitusinsoles.com.

Hi trirosa!

We're glad you're here.
I'm just checking in as far as website guidelines ... are you here mainly to promote your business as an advertiser, or are you genuinely joining the community here and jumping in with free advice? We have some rules around promoting business interests in the forums. (http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=2192)

If you are here to hang with other triathletes and be part of our space ... welcome!!

Alice

Thanks for reaching out. Fair question. The link to my website allows athletes to learn more about me and what I do, but my primary interest with BT is to help the triathlon community with free advise.
I am very involved in the triathlon community as a coach, race co-director, footwear consultant and running gait specialist. I am certified through NATA, CSCS, Cped, and NASM. I will be checking the forum from time to time to help injured athletes with advise. If I see that someone could benefit from one of my products I will let them know. That said, I am just trying to reach out to athletes, coaches and health professionals to offer my assistance.
Cheers,
AD
