Subject: ironman spots

I have a friend who registered for an ironman, but got in a car crash and broke her collarbone.  Is there any way for her to sell her spot to someone else?

No. Tell her to contact the race organization. Sometimes they will give a portion back or switch to another race. It never hurts to ask. You can't transfer entry to any sanctioned races.
