Master 8247    Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 6.30.17 Fab Friday! No race, thank goodness! (Planning an Oly in three weeks though--yikes!) Just easy recovery stuff-- 9 AM: Hour-ish trainer ride; easy effort with some high-cadence pickups 11:30 AM: 2500m worth of leisurely swimming; made up my own "workout" (5 X 500m of different stuff) Hoping to get in a long, easy road ride tomorrow if weather cooperates. Kind of saying goodbye to Oregon for the next few weeks. Still waiting for word on whether our offer was accepted but if it is, we are days away from buying a house in Boise and parents are planning to move before fall. |

| Champion 9430 No excuses! | Subject: RE: 6.30.17 Fab Friday! 62 mile trainer ride for me, not races this weekend but probably a 5k on the 4th, maybe an oly on the 16th, marathon on the 20th, and maybe a HIM on July 30. Racing my way back into shape  |
