New triathlon hero

I have a new triathlon hero.
His name's Ross Ainslie. He's a highly accomplished recording artist, musical competitor, instructor at a prestigious music school, and winner of BBC trad. music awards. Brilliant musician.

He just did his first HIM in, the inaugural race in Edinburgh and raised money for the Scottish Association for Mental Health.

But, when he stopped halfway through the run to have a go at a few tunes.....

Let me tell you, that would not be easy to do. I'm just glad that this gets shared to my facebook page now rather than the hack with the flames coming out of his bagpipes, or the guy in the darth vader mask on a unicycle. This guy's a true musician and a really good dude. Met him in KC a couple years ago.
