7.6.17 Thursday Training!

Hey BT!  Good morning from a very smokey, hot desert!  There are so many fires in northern Nevada right now--it's sad. The closest fires to me are 120 miles west but boy are we getting the smoke.

Heading out for a short walk with the dog squad and then some light plyos, stretches.  Staying out of the heat today.

Elton...definitely taking some salt with me!  

Jamie...no big hotel for me, just Arizona Charlies--in a central location to the three race trails I'll need to get to. 

I had a weird dream last night that I started the first race and every quarter mile we had to stop and do an eating challenge--the one I remember was having to drink mayonnaise--I kept saying, 'how are we supposed to drink this and then go run in this heat?!' I was so mad!  Thank God it was just a dream! Lol!
