So I forgot my sports bra on race day. no way can I run a 5k bra-less. So I bought some waterproof medical tape and taped those babies down. It worked great! In fact, it was probably the most comfortable "bra" I have ever worn during the run! I think I am on to something....
Anyone else ever use tape instead of a bra or to supplement the bra?
Obviously not me personally. But, my (ex)wife had the same problem at a half marathon. We used that medical wrap, self sticking, stretchy. I can't recall the name of the stuff. Just wrapped it around her chest multiple times. Kept everything in place and it was flexible enough that it did not restrict movement.
Uhh, I can't speak to this. Other than I read a bit of a gear review that's new on the front page that may be of interest.
I didn't read it all, once I realized BounceLab wasn't something like XLab, which is why I clicked as I'm in the market for a bike bag/box.
Turns out, it's nothing of the sort.
Might be of interest.
I've had some ups and downs in that deparment since I lost a bit of weight and my sports bras are not as tight as they used to be. Added some tape for my run today, it worked a charm!
