Elite  4583   |  Subject: 7.31.17 Monday Morning!Good morning BT! 6:30am: 5X5 strong lift with younger daughter 7:30am: :35 recovery on the bike Well, today is kind of my last day of foot loose and fancy free summer days. Heading in to SLC to a waterpark with my daughters and and another family for the day. Starting tomorrow it's time to get to business--we have a garage sale Tues-Wed and I'll also start working in my classroom...sigh--it's time! Have a great day! Edit...Karen, just read your reply to my race report--seriously put Spudman on your list next summer! You would kill it! It's always the last Saturday of July. Also...Jamie! Extreme Veteran 959 Greenwood, South Carolina | Subject: RE: 7.31.17 Monday Morning! I'm back from vacation! Had a great time at the beach with family. On one of my morning runs, I saw a Sea Turtle going back to sea after laying her eggs. Love running on the beach. Also saw a dolphin feeding on small fish within a couple of feet from me while watching the sun set with family. Anyway, back to the normal workout and work routine. Did a five mile run this morning before my Monday drive to Charlotte. Have a great day BT! |

| 702 Aledo, Texas | Subject: RE: 7.31.17 Monday Morning! Well, hey there. I was in Michigan last Wednesday through Saturday, enjoying nice, cooler summer weather. Got in a few open water swims and an easy run. Today is my last week of speed before nationals. Really looking forward to getting that race over, and just taking it easy. 12:00 - 1,400 yards with some race pace and sprinting mixed in. Later, 1 hour easy flush out ride. Have a great day! |
