30 minute run for me this morning and then setting up/sitting at our yard sale...zzzzz.

0600: 10 mile bike ride, pushing myself in the big ring, just trying to get used it.

In fun news - I have acquired my "old" road bike back from a friend I sold it to 5 years ago! She's still in great shape, just have to swap the pedals out from the platforms he put on it, to the Looks I still have sitting on the shelf. YAY! (p.s. it's a 25 year old Cannondale with down-tube shifters...but she's light and rides very well)

Well hello. Slept in a bit today, which was nice. This afternoon, I did a 30' run at 8:00 pace. It was "cool" for this time of year - about 90, but quite dry. Very nice. Have a good day!
