Howdy all from California! Have run a couple sprints & a couple Olympics. My first half upcoming soon here in Santa Cruz, CA.
I enjoy multi-sport, but not sure if I will continue onto a full, as training already seems to take up most of my free time.
Came out seeking direction/suggestions on rehabbing a grade 1 mcl sprain. Will also search threads.
Thanks

Hi Gunner! Welcome!

Hope the MCL sprain/strain is healing well.

Training for a full doesn't need to be rushed. Do a few halves first and see how you feel about them

Training for a full also doesn't need to be full-on. But the less time you have to train, the longer (months/years) you'll need to train to accumulate the necessary base.
