I'm thinking about trying aqua jogging. Wondering if anyone else is doing this and, if so, do you recommend any specific "gear," or just jump in and start running?

I've done it before while rehabbing knee problems. I used a float belt with maybe 2 floaty things on it (so barely any buoyancy). It wasn't bad, just boring as hell.
