Kona Ironman Special question

2003 was the main year that the Hoyts were featured because it was the 25th anniversary special. I have it on dvd somewhere. They had been mentioned in other years as well albeit briefly compared to their coverage in 2003.

Thanks--will check those out. I found they were featured in 1999 at the beginning (the scene where Rick is typing) but unfortunately all of those videos have had the sound deleted due to copyright issues. I did find a clip about them that has sound. As I recall, the whole episode is really good. I showed it in its entirety one year to my class as it all seemed to fit with our theme of "Pursuit of Excellence"--it's a life skills/health unit that focuses on goal-setting, planning, pursuing goals, and reflecting.
