It's nice to be outside so early in the fresh air on the way to the weight room. Ask me again during winter and I might have a different attitude! Robert, your swim/run yesterday sounded amazing. Someday I want to live by water--ocean, lake, I don't care--I just love being around it. Karen...all I could think of when I read your workout was better you than me, ha!
