Comments: Super hot day for this, wow! My plan was to push it, but not too crazy to start. Then if I felt okay, I got drop the hammer a bit to the finish. And that's pretty much what happened. Legs responded well, even though I did track intervals the day before. What would you do differently?: Nothing  Post race
Warm down: Walked around and chatted with friends as they came in. Had to hide out in Lionheart with some people when a crazy thunderstorm rolled through on the walk back.
