1:45 trainer ride here, then a bunch of housework and periodically tracking a friend doing IM Taiwan. Plus a lot of lying around on the couch. I'm kind of at loose ends right now--what did I do with myself when I wasn't doing monster workouts on the weekends?? (Yes, I've become so warped that nearly 2 hours is just "normal", not a monster workout. )
I feel your pain. Three weeks of no running and I don't know if even six is going to be enough--the issue is better but still there. Am really beginning to wonder if I should just cut my stupid foot off! It's not just a matter of running but teaching, coaching, hiking up mountains....life as I know it. |
