Subject: RE: 10.6.17 Fabulous Friday! Ouch--probably the fall. I did that once when some drunk girls hit me on a motorbike here while I was stopped on my bike at a stoplight. That kind of bruising takes a few weeks, sometimes up to a month, to get back to normal. It's kind of a bony part of the body for most people. Too bad you didn't land on your butt instead--I kept thinking that at the time!
3100m of swimming here. Had to do it at 6 AM due to HS practices. Just not feeling the love. Felt weak, cramps, and nauseous. Girl stuff plus maybe poor choice of pre-workout snack, and my body just doesn't like morning swims--my back always feels tight then.
PM: 30 minutes of strength stuff. To top off all my other issues, I think I have managed to strain a muscle (doing core work ) in an area I didn't even know people had muscles in. Will leave that to the reader's imagination.
