Subject: RE: 11.5.17 Sunday 5.5 mile run along the coast. Fast bounding up the stairs to the pier, then a zone 5 run to the end of the pier. Slow recovery jog back and then back on my way. Used some benches to do dips and pushups along the way. Beautiful day today. Been taking it easy this last month, just not pushing the exercise regimen, eating what ever, well at least within the plant based realm. Having some beer nights once a week. Haven't been on the bike in over a month and only been in the pool once in the last 30 days. Running about once every 1-2 weeks just to keep the fitness in check. But I think its time to get back in the swing of things. Hope to see everyone here a little more often. C/Ya |
