Comments:

Ran this race with Bill at his pace. He was worried about his knee pain and took it easier. Super humid running.

Felt pretty comfortable throughout. The hills were fun when I wasn't running them at race pace.

What would you do differently?:

Not eat so much too soon to the race. Need to plan my nutrition better for the rest of the distance challenge.
