Subject: 12.9.17 Super Saturday

Good morning BT!  I just realized that I must not have pressed 'submit' yesterday because I don't see my Friday thread!

8:00am:  Lower body strength + core. Now that it's almost 30 degrees I am packing up for a hike with the dog squad!  

We picked our daughter up at the airport last night--she'll be home for a month.  She didn't appreciate my bright green sign sign saying "WELCOME HOME FROM REHAB!"    It is good to have her home, survived her first semester of college just fine.

Ha, that’s awesome. I love messing with my kids too. Today, I had a 30’ Run at 75%. It get much better than the same effort earlier this week. Have a great day!

1:10 Trainer ride, threshold based, it was tough but I made it. Got vermin to kill in 2018

you’re a fun mom. 30 min strength stuff on the total gym. Took the dog out for a shortie run today with sprints mixed in. We have this routine where I’ll tell her to wait and then I’ll tag her and yell “you’re it!” And we take off sprinting together. I love that dog.

1:25 of amphibious running here--total of 25 minutes on land (8 X 3 minutes run/1 minute walk; last one was four minutes) and one hour pool running.

Had planned to get in a swim later but pool closed due to power outage. Lots of errands PM to get house and cats set up for winter break next week.
