7:30 - easy 25’ run. It was 15 outside. I love running in weather like this - it always feels like an accomplishment. Have a great day!

Getting ready to do an easy 5K this afternoon. The high for today a warm 2 degree Fahrenheit! Did I mention that I hate the cold?!

with a temp of 6 degrees, I decided to skip the 5k today and took a swim indoors and then a nice 10 minute rest in the 104 degree therapy pool.
