Total Immersion DVD

Well, I've posted before in response to similar questions. I'm a HUGE fan of TI. I sprang for the book and DVD even though I was concerned that their claims would be like the "you to can make a gazillion $ a year" infomercials. After very short time doing drills - went from 2:30-2:45 per 100 to about 2:00 per 100. But the REAL benefit has been that I do the faster times WITH significantly less effort - especially in the legs.

The only thing negative I'll say, and that probably has more to do with me than the product is - I haven't reduced my times since then from the 2:00 per 100.

If you want to see it before you buy it, you might try your library. I just checked out the DVD from my county library (haven't watched yet) so I cannot tell you what I think of it...but I do have the books and I got a lot of good tips and made adjustments that worked after readin them.
