Subject: This made me feel good Just been comparing the weeks training plan with my marathon running bro-in-law. His plan conists of about 35-40 miles running over the week culminating in a 17 mile run on sunday.
Mine is an 8-10 mile bike ride interval workout, 500 yard swim and 4 mile run, 10/5 mile bike/run brick, 500 yard swim, 20 mile bike and lake swim practice, 12 mile run. He says I make him feel lazy.
I love it when I do that ;- )
