had a cliff bar about one hour before start and 500ml of gatorade 30min before start.

What would you do differently?:

Start out just a little faster, just a little.
Post race
Warm down:

oh man.. sit... laydown... go home take a bath.. Oh and lots of stretches..

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I think some more water in the last couple miles would have helped..

Event comments:

Race was well done. It was only the 3ed year for it and they have come a long way.
