I sincerely hope that some day, in the not-too-distant future, there will be no need to "come out" at all -- that everyone will be able to be open and accepting without question.

Anytime I get to go up to the city, its an event...I don't know if there is anything specific, but would love to be able to just go and be in an area with a few more "family" members. 

But not the married part?

And really...I'm a pretty poor example of a southerner, my address notwithstanding.

Lost is on tonight...partner never misses it...so I am assuming we are watching lost.  So nothing special planned.

You know that some in the conservative Christian movement have claimed that having gay parents gives one gay tendencies.  I hate to admit it but I have to agree with them on that one.  Not only is my mother a lezbian...I too am a lezbian.  I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Kinda like at Arizona State University, someone finally started a Caucasian Student Union     (of course, they do except anyone as members)

LOL.  I got the Calendar and hung it next to my laminated and framed PFLAG membership card.  You can have gay pride and not be gay ya know...I'd march at rallies, for my mom and all the wonderful people in her community.

YAY! Hey everyone! Guess what!  I am gay! Whew, thank the godess there is a day whenI can say that out loud, heh heh.

Seriously, it's an importnat day. If you are in WI please vote NO on the marriage ban on Nov 7.  "A Fair Wisconsin Votes NO."
