How cool is that!!!  We don't have kids, but I'm thinking about borrowing the neighbor's kids cuz it sounds like so much fun

I thought you were going to say that Moving Dan to his new house would be a fun family activity.  But we shouldn't limit that to just Colorado Families.

Um.....sorry I'm busy that weekend (whichever weekend that is).

Hope the move goes smoothly ~ and you are right, it shouldn't be limited to just Colorado folks.  Anyone can help Dan!!

Ice skating at Evergreen lake is very cool.  Sledding in Fraser is a good one too. they have a tubing hill that pulls you back up.

What the heck is a nougat, and why aren't the adults encouraged to wear THEIR pajamas?

Kidding, of course - sounds like a complete blast!

I grew up in Palmer Lake, Co....where they have a huge star made of lights on the mtn that backs the tiny town.  Each year at Christmas they hide a "yule log" (a big tree log) somewhere on the star mtn and everyone has to search for it.  Whoever finds it gets carried back into town on the log by the rest of the townspeople.  Great town, great traditions, great place to grow up.

Also the ice skating on the lake and the sledding were the best....not too cold, snow just right, perfect.
