Reading the Sunday paper in bed, uninterrupted, with a gigantic cup of coffee.

Having a good, endorphin-filled run.

When my kids wake up in the morning and they are happy to see me, still groggy, and ready to cuddle.

 Lifesavers...especially the red ones!

A high-five from a stranger on a run...

Finishing a book...

X-ing out a goal on BT...

Crawling into bed, after the sheets have been washed, and the covers tucked in tight (so I can kick them out)

Seeing the sun rise (rare for me)

woah! thats so wierd ya'll mention that....

i was on my bike the other day wearing a LibertySeguros jersey with matching booties, some dude must have thought i was a pro or something. He was going by me the other way and just put his hand up in the, "yo gimme some skin!" kinda way. I was too scared he was going to grab my arm and pull me off my bike, so i just said hello haha.

my simple pleasure: being able to wake up my girlfriend in the morning after a nice long sleep, its such an innocent thing that i love.

Anytime a New England Team wins anything (and that includes little league games .

My son does this cool dance when I get home.  He puts his arms up over his head and his fists together.  Then he quickly stomps each foot in a jog in place, then moves forward to give me a hug at a high step. (He is only 22 months!).  He laughs and I pick him up and give him a big hug. Priceless!

Sunday mornings drinking coffee with the DH, watching CBS Sunday Morning and having discussions about whatever is on. At some point we'll invariably crack each other up, and those moments are treasures to me.

Dog smiles (and pretty much everything else having to do with my dogs)

Random friendly exchanges with strangers (it will be hard to resist, but try. You know what I'm talking about)

When my running partner and I get into a particularly good conversation and the miles just fly by

Sitting, talking and laughing with my friends (I actually had a friend invite me over one time and when I asked what we would do, she said "Oh, nothing planned, just sit and talk and laugh" and it made me feel so great to know that she took the laughter as a given.

Waking up on the day when you have one really fun thing planned and nothing else.
