Meeting some new faces would be great. I don't know about you guys, but I'm still waiting on info about packet pick up. I'm sure we could all meet up at the packet pickup.

Saturday, June 16
10 am - 4 pm: 5430 Expo & Packet Pick Up, Boulder Reservoir
* Packet Pick Up: There will be no packet pick up on race day. You must go to the Boulder Reservoir on June 16 (day before the race) to pick up your packet.

If this is your first tri, you might check out the Sprint Prep Clinic:

Sprint Prep Clinic: At noon on Saturday, just behind the stage at the Expo, there will be a special “Sprint Prep Clinic,” led by Neal Henderson. Neal is Sports Science Manager at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine, as well as a USAT certified coach and professional triathlete. This is a great opportunity to ask last minute questions, as well as to learn about the course and racing strategy.

I also think packet pick up would be a good place and time to meet.  Before the race, I'm likely to be a nervous wreck and not good company.

I'll be at the expo 12ish to 2ish with hubby who is also racing and 2 kids.  I think Ovetta will be with us also.  I plan to swim during that time too.

Another thought is to post bib numbers if you all wanted to meet after the race, or find each other along the way.

I think we'll be there in the earlier part of packet pickup as well. My flight gets in around 10:30-11:00ish and I think we'll drive straight to the expo, which would put us there around the same time.

Should we say noonish we'll all meet somewhere for those who can make it? Is there a decent place to do so at or near the expo?

Maybe at the Bicycle Village tent?  It should be easy to find since they are the primary sponsor of the race.

Bib numbers are a good idea too.  Mine is 23.

They are online at http://www.timberlinetiming.com/index.cfm?action=dspClientHome&clientid=32&showBanner=1

Okay so noon-ish at the Bicycle Village tent. Hopefully my flight won't be late so we can make it on time.

I think my bib is 884.

Sounds cool!  I plan on being up there from about 11:30 till 4 ish with girlfriend and two kiddos.  Hell, it's free to get in, so why not let em swim around for a bit while I take a nap!  Awwww yea...

I'm going to the 1:00 mtg, but I'll be milling around.  Red hair, big tat on my left arm, IM tat on my calf.  Bib 230.  I'll cruise around the BV tent here and there and hopefully meet up with some of you guys.  If not, good luck!!  It's gonna be a toasty one!

I'll be at the Rez about 12:30 now......I have a 4 leaf clover tattoo on my big toe....not sure that anyone will be looking at feet.

kmarzano, I know your mom so I should be able to find you.  SEe you all tomorrow!

Kelly and I will be looking for you all at the BV Tent.  I'm bib 395 and this is my first ever tri so you'll recognize me as the one with the clueless grin on my face!

I'm not doing the race but I may come sneak into the expo anyway cus I'd love to come meet some of you and maybe a swim a bit.  (or maybe be a wuss and watch everyone else swim....who knows.)  I'll try to find the Bicycle Village tent and be there at noon.  I'll wear tie-dye or something equally bright colored so if you see someone who looks like my picture but w/tie-dye instead of graduation stuff wandering around looking lost, say hi!    Unless anyone wants my cell number and we can meet up that way.  Anyway, guess I better go figure out where this place is! lol

Congrats to everyone who raced today!  I hope it went well for you all!  I know I got pretty overheated just standing still watching, so I'm even more impressed!  So great job to everyone, and it was so nice to have a chance to meet some of you in person!
