my master swim coach has had a few of us use them. They seem to help. I bought a pair myself after using it because coach seems very excited about it. I would have to see someone else swim with it before I got a chance to see how well it works or not works. I do still plan on using it in my training.

I know that UTTriman uses them regularly.  He seems to really enjoy them.  You may want to ask him personally about them.
