I guess with Bootygirl in this I better get serious. Oh where , oh where, did AZChica go? Donto and I could use a little help.

Just wait til my back feels better then we will show KILT BOY and BOOTY whats up.  Okay, I will shut up now before I get assessed points.

Good job to everyone in this challenge as has been mentioned working core is not a tri[ to paradise.

WO number 2 (actually 3) in the books this morning AND I bumped up the reps to 25!  Let the smack talk happen, I'm tired and fatiqued from all the hard work I'm doing    The winners (us) will talk the loudest at the end...

ok, I am pulling out the exercises from my years of working out at the boxing gym, but I don't know how to log some things.

so what are the things called where you lay on your side and lift your shoulders/elbow and legs towards each other at the same time like a flopping fish?

probably closest to #4 but with striaght legs, but bent legs might be easier to control.   Advanced is when you have the big ball between your feet.

Booty, if you have the big ball between your feet, you are going too hard! You need to go see a doctor as soon as possible!! I had that a few years ago, it was not Advanced, it was painfull and life threatining!!!!

I am using both the d3 and the beg triath plan, I alternate using d3's core workout 1 and 2 on one day and then 3 and 4 on another day, and 5 and 6 on another day. If I am feeling really good, like today, I add beg triathletes plan in there also. very hard though. I started doing core work 2 months ago and wow did i suck when i started and now i am freakin hard core and i love ab work.

Another Abs/core WO today for me, GO TEAM GREEN!

Interestingly, today I could really tell which abs/core muscles I was working a few months back.  Anything to do with the front Abs I'm good on.  But man the Side planks and Bridged Leg Lifts are the worst!

I finally figured out how to save the RtWW (Round the Waist Workout?) as a template.  I initially saved several templates named "enter description" but did figure it out.

Hey I'm 3 down 12 to go and my back feels great.  (I had to throw the back in as it was the pain that motivated this challenge!!)
