Run
Comments: It got pretty hot early. Aid stations were ok but not as much stuff as a triathlon. Did not cramp the whole time except when I took a #2 at mile 17 and when I tried to stand back up, I cramped. Overall, I'm happy with my run. What would you do differently?: Put in training runs that are longer. Post race
Warm down: None. Icing my shins are now. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training. Last updated: 2007-03-04 12:00 AM

First marathon and used to gauge my run for IMAZ. Farthest I ran was 15 miles in training.
Drank 2 ensures a couple of hours before, one gatorade and one gel around 15 minutes before.
Used the bathroom (number 1) 2 times...lines were horrendous.
None.
