I have the book, and suggest to get the DVDs. Its a lot easier to watch the methods, then imagine them. The illustrations are not that great in the book. I watched my friends DVD's and it made things so much better.

I see you are in NY.

If you are interested in TI may I suggest you take a one day trip to NY and get in touch with the Masters Swim Coach there. They will underwater video tape you for $25 and give you an assesment for another $25. AND this is one of the coaches who actually coached with the person who started TI


So for $50 you get it from the horses mouth, then get a DVD and you are set IMO
