Comments: Started out slow..but didn't want to crash because my goal was to finish without stopping. Nice pace, but as I learn my body more and learn distances more, I will be able to increase pace. Overall, however, I am completely stoked.. I FINISHED A 10K!!! What would you do differently?: Maybe, start a little quicker...but very pleased for 1st 10K. Post race
Warm down: Waited in line for massage..line wasn't moving so I left. Drank lots of water, ate a banana & bagel...and some Chocolate milk (yummy). What limited your ability to perform faster: Experience & weight. Event comments: Finding race results at Race site was not too organized...but small detail since they are on website before you get home and I just missed hardware by 23 spots anyway! :) Last updated: 2007-03-06 12:00 AM

Woke up late..comtemplated even going...packed some breakfast for the ride. Ate Cliff Bar, about 4 liters of water & banana. Once again, got there WAAAAYYY too early (seeing a pattern here?).
I really need to see what I am supposed to be doing for warm-ups..stretching..maybe a little running?
