Subject: Swim glove usage recommendations? I just picked up a pair of webbed swim gloves and was going to use them in my next workout, but I'm not sure how much I'm supposed to change my form to use them. I don't plan on altering my arm mechanics really, I'm just not sure if I'm supposed to keep my hands cupped or spread out my fingers to maximize the webbing. Really, any tips people have to maximize the effectiveness of the gloves would be appreciated. |
