Lots of rain last week, but I'm now up to 42 of 50 with two weeks left to go.

On a side note, a couple of weeks ago they installed a handicap - motor operated - door to my building.  It sure is handy for bringing the bike in and out.  Really glad they did it for me. (I'm sure it had nothing to do with handicap access or anything...

Wow! Just one more week to go!  My kids are back in school so I probably won't get any more commutes in this year.

Congrats to Sunny and Scott (jcjsc00) on reaching their goals.

Lots of folks getting close,  I'm at 47 of 50 and will probably ride in tomorrow as well.  should be able to get the last three.  Thanks to everyone who participated.  There were days I wouldn't have ridden except for the challenge.  It's actually become a bit of a habit, and I've worked out the kinks in scheduling.  Finally at the end of the summer I actually have some clothes at work to change into so I don't wear wrinkled clothes that have been in the backpack.   Thanks Tim for starting this.  Jasha

Yup i will continue commuting here in South Carolina indef. the weather here is moderate pretty much year round. I agree with Comet and Bopper lets keep this thing going. I'm not going to make it, Awesome accomplishment if you did, that means you juggled work, family injuries and all sorts of other things and still managed to as some say here in th south "GIT ER DONE" I rode 130 mi. last week in one clip. My first really long ride, not to bad my riding partner was tortured with flats. I'm doing my 1st sprint in Oct after training up to it for the last six months. Any tips?

Congratulations to everyone, whether or not you made your goal, at least you got out and did it!  This challenge was very motivating to me.  Thanks Tim for starting it.  I reached 51 of 50 this morning, but more importantly during the summer established the pattern - hopefully habit- of riding my bike to work.

Anyone up for September 1 to December 1 ???  I think I'll shoot for another 50.  This could get tougher as the weather changes.

Congrats to all those who has met your goals.

I, on the other hand, had high hopes and now just alot of excuses. Today is my last commute of the month and since my last update, I've added 3.5. So, I'm finishing with 27/48. This is 4 less than last year over the same timeframe.

I'll continue to ride as much as possible until the end of DLS, whenever that is these days

Thanks again, Tim, for putting this on.

Congrats, Jasha for reaching your goal.

Thanks and kudos to everybody who participated. I hope it was fun.

My better half will be subbing at school on occasion, so I hope to get a few more rides in before the weather gets cold.

I'm going to try to start commuting again soon myself, any way to extend the deadline out a month? I think if so, I may be able to get all my rides in...
