Pre-race routine:

Up at 4:30 to meet Greg at 5:30. Ate PB&J and a banana. Met Greg at the PNR and made the trip to Boulder.

Event warmup:

About a mile jog to the start then some easy PU's.

Comments:

A little shy of my goal to break 50 minutes but a decent overall run for me based on the limited training. This was a very crowded race. Not alot of elbow room throughout - I even got trapped around some of the corners and was forced to walk.

Warm down:

Met up with Greg, got the stuff and met up with J and family.

Event comments:

1st BolderBoulder - Great race / well organized. They had some web sit e/ timing issues but I guess that is to be expected with 50,000 people.
