Subject: Long bike ride before Half-Iron distance triathlon
Hi, I am doing a half-iron distance triathlon on September 2nd. I will have the opportunity to do a 125km bike ride on August 11th.

Would it affect my September 2nd event in a good or bad way???

Good.  Even better if you run 10-30min off the bike too.
