Subject: Editing log
I am not going to be able to do any triathlons the rest of the year and was trying to change my plan. I deleted the sprint plan that I had overlapped with a half marathon plan. I added the half marathon plan back to my planned training because I am going to run it in November. I was wanting to add something to it so that I could continue to swim/bike train. I want to add it and was looking for some advice, because I don't want to mess up the half marathon plan that I already have uploaded.

Jason, when importing plans into your Planned Training log, you'll have the ability to select which sports to import and which ones not to. So if you're want to import just the swim and bike from a plan, follow the standard steps and uncheck the "Import Run Data" box on the "import" screen.

As far as plans, you may want to check out the swim and bike workouts of the 'run focused' plan in the winter maintenance area, or one of the winter maintenance plans (4-7 hour?)...they should be lighter in volume.  Looking at them they are still 3x per week but you can adjust them down as needed to work with your marathon plan...maye 2x per week in the swim and bike.

And before importing anything, delete any swim and bikes that are still in your planned training in the date range of your new import.
