Comments: Well I wish I would of done a bit better but overall I felt I did good. The first mile is always hard then after that I start to settle in to my pace. The last mile I passed a few people and kept goin. saw the finish line in site I tried to push real hard but stomach acted up a bit so I cut back a little What would you do differently?: Maybe not have that blueberry muffin. Only more experience will make me better I will get there! Post race
Warm down: walked around with hands over head to get lots of oxagen into my system more. drank my gatorade and had a banana What limited your ability to perform faster: I think tired a littl from working Kohls last night. It hink my next 5K I will take the night before off Event comments: Well it was a good time and I really liked the race better than I thought I would.
