Comments: Tried to concentrate on long smooth, strokes and pull. Kept taking in water in both nose and mouth. Difficult time sighting. Kept getting off course. What would you do differently?: Not sure really.....Swim more. ![]() Transition 1

Comments: Did exactly as Dan said. Let my body relax and recover first mile. Picked it up 2-4 and really tried to push on fifth mile. No walking except slowing during aid stations. I actually passed people on hte run that is a first. Best 10k time in Olympic distance. Happy with that. Still want to be faster. What would you do differently?: Push a little harder. ![]() Post race

Egg sandwich. coffee, water, long drive. Set up transition.....head to water with many bathroom breaks...a little late no time for warm up swim. Air is chilly
