I am teaching a spinning class tonight and handing out those little boxes of Junior Mints.

I hope no one gets the wrong idea and thinks I am telling them they have bad breath.

I had to add my professioanl opinion - as a dentist I must inform you that candy leads to decay - so brush and floss daily, see your local dentist and train smart

but I do like DOTS

This is what I consumed at work today. I haven't had anything since about 3 p.m., but I am sure I'll have at least one more piece of candy before I go to bed...

Peanut Butter cups - 3
Kit-kat - 1
Brownies - 2
Chocolate-chip cookies - 1
Chocolate-covered pretzels - 4
Cupcakes - 1

I have 3 kids and probably 25 pounds of Halloween candy in the house.  I wonder how long that will be hanging around my house? My kids had friends come over as we have a great neighborhood to trick or treat.

I ate to much candy today....need to be better tomorrow and have none.

Silly me as of today I had lost 99 pounds and I so want to get to 100...but today is Halloween.

It's a toss up between Whoppers (malted milk balls), Butterfingers, and Nestle Crunch.  Oh yeah, I could name about 75 other things, but these 3 are on the podium!

Somebody should tell the folks at Reese's to come up with a peanut butter cup energy bar.  Or maybe not.

I did really well. I only had 4 miniature tootsie rolls and 2 of those little sweet tart things. I made DH take the rest to work with him today.

I was a little afraid I would have a ton of candy leftover...but the kids wiped me out!  I ran out and had to break into my own STASH!  Which is probably good for me...

But I have managed to eat what everyone else brought in...

I have nothing left. I'm not too keen on American chocolate so it's not a worry for me. I also have no eggs left either *grin*
