by the way, for those who do not know - Dan is "marvarnett" on the boards.

Bike splits are really slow - First one at 24.95 mph which will put him at 2:10-2:15. This faster than his time by 10 minutes....

Great bike split....2:13 at 25 MPH. 7 minutes under his goal time for the bike.

The men and women races are going to come down to a sprint! This is an amazing race. Potts is a monster on the run.

Potts in a sprint at 3:42! Unfreakin believable.

first split is very good - :46. If he even splits the run - 1:32 which would be 3 minutes below his target and give him a freakin fast overall of about 4:22.
