Comments:

Maintained an 8:40 per mile unitl mile 5 and then just didn't have it and cranked it down. Haven't run since Marine Corps and still have some remnants of a head cold. Spent quite a bit of the course clearing the sinus
What would you do differently?:

Thought I tried a PR even though no running in over a week and head cold remnant, but I was ready for a run.
