Flying all day... Kansas to Alaska... I got a lot of reading done!

Driving from Junction City to Kansas City with a stop in Lawerence to visit cousins...

Swim

...and, I'm back! I swam at the "Y" Oh, Baby, that water felt GREAT. Time to start building that base for my full IM...

Another day of rest...we drove up to Lincoln to visit my uncle...rest, rest, rest...

OK, I didn't do one dang thing today...except I ate less than yesterday :) no ice cream today...

All I did today was lay on my grandma's couch and listen to stories...plenty of time to workout TOMORROW.
