6am CFS gym.. interesting morning.. i fell on our steps this morning in the dark and fog on leaves slamming my left quad.. what a weird thing to fall on.. i guess the 4 bags i had with me broke my fall so to speak... it is killing me and hurts ... i had to modify everything at cf.. couldn't even attempt a squat.. booo so i had a sissy la la workout this morning.. my husband is a dead man walkin...
