6am Killerbells haha ..Joanna is fresh off a seminar/training she is something.. today was all about all body heavier weight strength moves.. followed by some very interesting deep stretches. Damn good class today. She continues to amaze me with her depth and progressive attitude towards training the whole body!!

Unplanned rest day.. some problems with my Ps. Very disruptive evening :{April 29
Tow Path... on a beautiful day. very crowded path.. did stockton loop to New Hope and back with an one mile add on.. new hope was soooo crowded hard to get thru crowd and across bridge.. enjoyed this ez FLAT run after all the utah hills.. this was very enjoyable!!
Stopped at gym to roll and stretch out.. AHHHH
