Ahhh, it felt GREAT to get back in the pool.  I felt the "pinch" in my lower back, but it eventually went away... and will hopefully not come back with a vengeance.
Breast stroke, only, which is fine by me!

This afternoon, I go see the deep tissue massage therapist... ah, once again...

Went to the LPGA US Open at Interlochen - stunning golf course, and wonderful to watch the golfers.  Valerie was a trooper... but we made sure to stop frequently so that she did not overdo her activities.  We arrived early in the day and stayed until maybe 1, so that she did not need to be out in the extreme heat of the day.

Then, a great lunch at "Good Earth" and the scooter shopping (I hate the gas prices).  We "ordered" two Yamaha Vino 125s.  The dealership has no clue when to expect them to arrive... if at all, this summer.  But, scooters are few and far between.

Interesting appointment with Dr. Scott. (pending the analysis by a radiologist):

My right hip is rotated forward and down, and my left hip is rotated up and back. The vertabrae, themselves, are in alignment, with plenty of space between the bones.

Scott made several adjustments, but was unable to get any movement on the RH side. I am pretty sore, today, but at least we know that everything is structurally sound, but skewed just a bit.

It feels fantastic to be back home!  The puppy kisses were fantastic (from all three dogs)!  My tomato and pepper plants have grown quite a bit, as well as the fun herbs.

I started off the day with X-rays of my pelvis and lower back, which I will be bringing along with me for my appt. with Dr. Scott.  It will be interesting to have him talk me through the x-rays...  More importantly, he can now determine if the problem is structural, or not.

It was great to shop for all of the fresh produce for my juice, and Valerie sampled a glass when she stopped by after her rehab appointment.
